Five Star will package your fish in either 3 or 5 mil bags. The thicker 5 mil bags are preferable for long term storage and shipping. All prices are based on the whole weight of the fish.

Please note that fish under 10 pounds are subject to a different price schedule as they require substantially more time and effort to process.

Collars are packed only in 5 mil bags and must be requested in your order.

All Wahoo will have skin removed unless you request that it be left on.

Wahoo "bone in" Steaks will only be packaged in 5 Mil bags

Keep in mind the integrity of the bags may be compromised due to bones in collars and bone in steaks.
